The trailer for the sci-fi film One Hundred Years Ahead has been released. This is another film adaptation of the novel of the same name by the writer Kir Bulychev, as well as a remake of the Soviet hit "Guest from the Future".

The film tells about a modern schoolboy Kolya Gerasimov from Moscow, who finds himself in the future 100 years ahead and meets a girl named Alisa Selezneva there. Together they have to confront space pirates who want to board the Earth.

The film was directed by Alexander Andryushchenko ("Ice - 2", "Invasion"). The main roles were played by Mark Eidelstein, whom the journalists called "Russian Timothée Chalamet", and the Belarusian actress Dasha Vereshchagina. Konstantin Khabensky (“Night Watch”), Fyodor Bondarchuk (“Inhabited Island”), Alexander Petrov (“Text”) and Victoria Isakova (“Epidemic”) also played in it.

One Hundred Years Ago will hit theaters on December 28.
