Xiaomi introduced Smart Audio Glasses - smart glasses with autonomy of 22 hours

Xiaomi showed a new model of smart glasses called Smart Audio Glasses. These are essentially bone conduction headphones that disguise themselves as glasses and allow you to keep your ears open.

The glasses offer an open sound field with double sound leakage protection and the ability to connect two devices at the same time. To control, it is enough to touch the temples: each has a 30 mm long touch zone.

The device also provides call noise reduction thanks to a dual-microphone system and a smart algorithm.

Xiaomi promises a full day of battery life: up to seven hours of continuous talk time, ten hours of listening to music, or 22 hours of regular work with occasional calls and music. The characteristics include support for voice assistants, but the gadget is Chinese, so it’s unlikely that Siri and Alice will be able to connect.

Other features include the ability to search for glasses through a smartphone, a sensor that determines when the gadget is put on, and protection against dust and moisture according to the IP54 standard.

The device weighs 38.1 g. There are 5 frames to choose from, including a sun protection model.

Xiaomi Smart Audio Glasses will appear on Xiaomi crowdfunding on April 12th. Within 2 weeks, they can be ordered at a price of 799 yuan (≈9,500 rubles), after which they will go on open sale - but they will probably cost more.
