Russian gamers want video games based on Brother and Avatar. What would you play?

95% of gamers would like to play a video game based on their favorite movie or series. This is evidenced by the results of a VK Play survey, which lead "Vedomosti".

A total of 1,200 Russians were interviewed, all over 18 years old. Participants were also asked to tell which games based on which domestic and foreign films and series they are most interested in.

Among domestic works, the top is as follows:

• "Brother" and "Brother-2" - 18%
• "The Last Hero" - 15%
• "Alyosha Popovich and Tugarin the Serpent" - 15%
• "Night Watch" - 13%
• "Major Grom" - 9%

According to adaptations of foreign films, the preferences are as follows:

• Sherlock Holmes - 22%
• "Avatar" - 22%
• Jumanji - 19%

Among the series, the top three are:

• Game of Thrones - 12%
• "Stay Alive" - ​​11%
• The Walking Dead - 11%

According to VK Play analytics, Russian gamers are most often interested in game adaptations of action films and fantasy, adventures, comedies and detective stories are slightly less popular. Interest in melodramas and horror is much lower, and no one has chosen tragedy as a genre.
