Simple and appetizing snacks with cheese, cod liver, sprats, tomatoes, crab sticks and other ingredients.
1. Sandwiches with sprats, egg and fresh cucumber
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil;
- several slices of bread;
- 1-2 eggs;
- 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- salt - to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- several sprats;
- 1 cucumber.
Cooking
Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry the bread on both sides until golden brown and cool. Hard boil eggs, cool and peel.
Lubricate each slice with mayonnaise. Grate the eggs on a fine grater, salt and pepper. Put them on bread.

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;

- 160 g canned cod liver;
- 1-2 tomatoes;

Cooking

Ingredients
- 130 g of feta;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- several sprigs of dill;
- several slices of bread;

Cooking

Ingredients
- 2 eggs;
- several slices of bread;
- 1-2 tomatoes;

Ingredients

- 2-3 cloves of garlic;
- 100 g of hornbeam sticks;
- 50 g of hard cheese;
- 1 processed cheese (weighing 90 g);

Ingredients
- 3 eggs;
- several slices of bread;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 180 g canned tuna;
- 1 processed cheese (weighing 90 g);
- a handful of olives;
- a few lettuce leaves.
Cooking
Hard boil eggs, cool and peel. Dry the bread in a dry hot pan on both sides. Grate with garlic and cool too.
Drain the oil from the tuna and mash with a fork. Grate cheese and eggs on a fine grater. Cut the olives into small pieces or circles. Mix prepared ingredients.

10. Sandwiches with tomatoes, bell peppers and basil
Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes;
- 1 red bell pepper;
- 2 teaspoons of balsamic or table vinegar;
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil;
- several slices of bread;
- salt - to taste;
- a few sprigs of basil - for decoration.
Cooking
Remove skins and seeds from tomatoes. Cut the tomato pulp and pepper into small pieces. Add vinegar and 2 tablespoons of oil to them, mix and leave for 10 minutes.
Brush the bread on all sides with the remaining butter. Put on a parchment-lined baking sheet and put in an oven preheated to 200 Β° C for about 7 minutes. The bread should be browned.
