Warm salad with beef and vegetables: recipe

Mix soy sauce with rice vinegar and sugar. Make sure all crystals have dissolved.
Cut the meat into thin slices of approximately the same size. Dip in the marinade and mix. Leave for 15-20 minutes and stir occasionally.
Cut cucumbers into thin strips, tomatoes into quarters. Chop greens. Mix everything.
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. In just a minute or two, fry the pieces of meat on both sides.
Cooking time may vary slightly depending on the thickness of the pieces. It is very important not to overdry the beef.
Add beef to vegetables and herbs. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and drizzle with oil. Serve the salad immediately.
