Henry Cavill will leave The Witcher - he will be replaced by Liam Hemsworth

No, this is not a joke or a rumor.
Netflix officially announcedthat Liam Hemsworth will replace Henry Cavill in The Witcher. The latter is known for the films of the Hunger Games series.
Cavill played the role of Geralt in the first two seasons and also in the new third, which will come out summer 2023. Hemsworth will replace him starting with the fourth, which could start filming next year.
My journey as Geralt of Rivia has been filled with both monsters and adventure, and alas, in Season 4 I will lay down my medallion and swords. Instead of me, Liam Hemsworth will take on the mantle of the White Wolf.

Neither Netflix nor Cavill disclosed the reason for this decision, but the actor probably decided to leave the project due to return to the role of Superman.
