New laws October 2022: 6 important changes

Innovations concern car owners, recipients of benefits and not only.
1. The threshold for the cost of goods that can be imported without duty has been reduced
From October 1, personal items can be imported into the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union without duties, the value of which does not exceed the equivalent of 500 euros, and the weight is 25 kg. This does not apply to cases of border crossing by air. For aircraft, the norms are the same: the total price is up to 10 thousand euros, the weight is up to 50 kg.
For parcels delivered by carriers or by mail, there are limits of 200 euros and 31 kg.
In fact, these rules are not new. - When changing ownership, if the owner has not terminated the OSAGO policy ahead of schedule, he needs to inform the insurance company that the owner of the car has changed.
4. Subsidies to pay for housing and communal services will be transferred only to the Mir card

6. The rules for calculating allowances for children from 8 to 17 years old have been clarified
