Miscellaneous / / April 03, 2023
There are two fast ways.
Passwords saved in your Google account may be needed when you sign in to different accounts on a new device. Perhaps you only need data for one resource, and you are not going to transfer all the information to another device. Or you want to replace simple code words with more complex ones.
Data from websites and apps on Android is stored in the password manager. It can be accessed through the security settings of your Google account or through the "Autofill" menu. Let's consider both options.
How to View Saved Passwords on Android Using Autofill
1. Open system settings and scroll down.
2. Go to the item called Google. In the "Services on this device" section, find the line "Autofill" and click on it.
3. On the page that opens, select the "Autocomplete by Google" option.
4. Then tap on "Passwords". The section we need will open where you can study the information.
How to View Saved Passwords on Android Using Google Security Settings
1. Go to the main device settings, then to the Google menu. Click the Manage Google Account button below your name and email address.
2. In the menu that opens, scroll to the right from the “Home” item to the “Security” section and select it.
3. Scroll down the page to the very end. Here you will find the item "Password Manager».
In the "Password Manager" you can view the complete list of data that is stored in your Google account for logging into applications and websites. Here you can add new information if it is not saved automatically. To do this, click on the "+" button next to the search bar.
Also in this section, you can evaluate reliability passwords. Tap on the "Check passwords" button and you will see how many of your code words should be complicated, whether there are duplicate data and whether the attackers have disclosed your information.
