That is, this is not a complete removal from memory, but only from the device.
Via iCloud.com
Open link in a browser on your PC or iPad and sign in to your Apple account.
Press Ctrl + A on your keyboard (Cmd + A on Mac) to select all cards.
Click on the gear icon and select "Delete".
Click "Delete" again to continue.

Launch the Contacts app on Mac and press Cmd + A to select all cards.
From the right-click context menu, choose Delete Cards, or press Delete on your keyboard instead.
Confirm the deletion by clicking on the button of the same name.
By disabling sync
Open Settings on iPhone and go to Apple ID โ iCloud.
In the "Apps using iCloud" section, tap "All", and then turn off the "Contacts" toggle switch and tap "Delete from iPhone".
If contacts are synchronized not with iCloud, but with Gmail, Outlook and another account, then in the settings select "Mail" โ "Accounts".
Next, select the desired account, turn off the "Contacts" toggle switch and tap "Delete from iPhone".
