- Sugar. He is in everything. Carbonated drinks, coffee, sweets, cereals, sauces. I urge you not to completely abandon sugar, but I advise you to use it in moderation, let it be for you an extra treat, not a staple in the diet.
- Beer. I love beer, but to lose weight it to me, of course, does not help. So I drink beer only on holidays or during meetings with friends - about once or twice a month.
- Fried foods. I do not avoid fried foods, but I know that to get rid of fat, they just do not help me.
- Starchy foods. White rice, white potatoes - these products are not bad for your body, but a full-fledged food is difficult to call.
- Processed meats. I do not eat no meat, because I am a vegetarian, but from processed meat, I would advise everyone to stay away. This concentration of fats, salts and nitrates.
- Prepared foodstuffs. Not the most evil for your body, but certainly it's more expensive products, and thus more saturated fats, salt and sugars. Very carefully you should refer to the frozen products (except that of frozen vegetables).
