The federal project "Promotion of Employment" of the national project "Demography" allows you to learn a new profession for free. It is not available to all residents of Russia, but to many categories of citizens, including those who are on the verge of being fired, the unemployed, students of the last courses, young mothers and women on maternity leave, people of pre-retirement age or up to 35 years old, but without a diploma of secondary professional and higher education. To participate in the project on the basis of the Presidential Academy, you must leave an application for project website.
In 2022, more than 1,000 specialties are provided for free retraining at the RANEPA. Classes are held both in person - in almost all regions on the basis of 45 branches of the academy, at 14 institutes in Moscow and 140 partner universities and colleges - and remotely. The duration of the programs depends on the chosen specialty: some courses take place within a week, others take several months. Applications for this year will close in November.
