2GIS named the most popular bars and cafes in Russia in 2022

For the first time since the beginning of the pandemic, the 2GIS service has summed up the results of the 2GIS Award for the most popular catering establishments in different cities of Russia.

In total, more than 73 thousand cafes, bars, restaurants, gastropubs and food malls across the country were analyzed. Of these, the best 1017 were selected based on the frequency of requests from residents and tourists, the number interactions (calls and transitions to social networks from cards), the number of photos in reviews and positive reviews. To minimize the impact of cheating, we introduced a rule: reviews from users who write a lot about catering have the greatest weight.

The award was given to establishments in 31 cities. Most of all in Moscow (285), St. Petersburg (90) and Novosibirsk (43). The best establishments in Astana, Almaty and Bishkek were also noted - 68 establishments in three cities.

On the 2GIS map, the winning establishments are marked with a crown icon, you can also enter “2GIS Award” in the search to display only the best restaurants and bars.
