This month, innovations will affect many.
1. There were traffic rules for electric scooters
In traffic rules entered electric scooters, electric skateboards, gyroscooters, segways, monowheels and other similar vehicles. They pass there as a means of individual mobility.
People over the age of 14 must use the bike lanes. When transporting lighter than 35 kg, you can ride in the pedestrian zone. It is allowed to drive on the footpath and on the sidewalk only if the vehicle is not heavier than 35 kg and one of two conditions is met: there is no possibility to go somewhere else or a person accompanies the child until 14 years old. The speed must be no higher than 25 km per hour. Pedestrians have priority. That is, if there are a lot of people, you will have to slow down or dismount. Signaling and demanding to give way is not allowed.
On electric scooters you can also drive on the right side of the road if the speed limit on it is 60 km per hour, but only if transport is equipped with brakes, a sound signal and reflectors and there is no possibility to go somewhere more.
You can’t use one scooter together - now it’s official. Crossing the road at a pedestrian crossing, too, you need to dismount.

However, the owner can apply to Rosreestr with a request that his data be reflected in extract. This can be useful when selling or leasing real estate, when potential buyers or tenants check the cleanliness of a future transaction.
