The winners of the 12th Mobile Photography Awards (MPA) have been announced, celebrating the best shots taken with a phone or tablet. This year the jury considered thousands of entries from photographers from over 80 countries.
The MPA award includes 13 categories, including black and white photographs, landscapes, portraits and others. The competition also has a nomination for images created using artificial intelligence.
This year's Grand Prix was won by Australian photographer Glenn Homann, who received $3,000 along with the title. His portfolio, and especially the work "Old Friend", which became the best in the category "Portraits and Self-Portraits", conquered the jury of the award.
Glenn's work really captures the essence of mobile photography - the ability to create stunning images anytime, anywhere using just a smartphone.
