The Russians called the most annoying phrases of the authorities

The job-search service Zarplata ru conducted a survey of 2,100 Russians aged 25-55 to find out what kind of boss behavior employees find annoying or passive-aggressive.
It turned out that 72% of respondents faced passive aggression at work. Here are some executive actions commonly associated with passive-aggressive behavior:
- Often he is dissatisfied with everything, criticizes others a lot, sarcastically - 61%.
- Jokes unpleasantly - 45%.
- Does not clearly explain what needs to be done, and the result is dissatisfied - 39%.
- Acts ugly in secret, spreads gossip - 38%.
- Blames other people for problems – 33%).
- Gloomy without explanation - 21%
- Shows strange stubbornness - 13%.
In this and the following questions, it was possible to choose several answers, so the total is more than 100%.
The most passive-aggressive respondents consider the following phrases:
- "For the future..." - 50%.
- “If you think this is normal, then…” – 37%.
- "What are you doing to get tired?" - 32%.
- “I heard you…” – 31%.
- “You have to think with your head…” – 10%.
Opinions about what to do in a situation of unpleasant communication at work are divided. Here are the most commonly agreed upon options:
- To say directly that this manner of communication does not suit - 45%.
- Keep interaction with an annoying colleague to a minimum – 43%.
- It is better to find out the root cause - 35%.
- Take note of the comment without attacking or making excuses in response - 32%.
- It is better to quit such a job and not fight with anything - 11%.
