Two in one: Xiaomi showed magnetic charging and an external battery for iPhone

Xiaomi company released power bank with magnetic charging function for iPhone 12 and 13. The device can be used not only as a portable battery: it comes with a docking station that charges a smartphone and a power bank at the same time.

The novelty is suitable for use with the iPhone in a case. The battery capacity is 5,000 mAh, the device supports two-way charging via a USB-C connector. Input power - 20 W, output - 12 W.

Also, the power bank has a protective function of detecting foreign metal objects that prevent the correct feeding of devices. The thickness of the novelty is only 12 mm. Force of magnetic attraction - 10 N (1 kg).

The battery will be sold only in China for now and will go on sale on September 16 at a price of 199 yuan (≈1,800 rubles).
