This is the same creepy robot Ameca, whose facial expressions are developing too quickly.
Last year the British company Engineered Arts released a demo video with a humanoid robot that reproduced emotions very realistically. Now he returned and learned to imitate an even wider range of experiences: including distrust, disgust, pain, and even what can be called regret.
According to the developers, Ameca, the so-called humanoid, is “the most advanced robot in the form of a person,” which was created to study the relationship between people and machines.
We saw them [humanoid robots] in "I, Robot" and "Artificial Intelligence" and now they're a reality.

Executive Director of Engineered Arts.
Ro also noted that Ameca will soon be helping engineers as a service robot and will not directly interact with people for "another 10 to 20 years."
