The story of Major Grom will appear on Yandex Music - in audiobook format

Starting August 23, Yandex Music users will have access to the first audiobook about police officer Igor Grom, the hero of the film "Major Grom: Plague Doctorยป and comics of the same name Bubble.
The book about the hero was written by screenwriter and comic book historian Alexei Volkov, and its audio version was created by Plus Studio and voiced by Tikhon Zhiznevsky, who plays the role of Igor Grom in the film. For the actor, this is the first experience of such work.
I listen to audiobooks in everyday life and I understand that the process of voice acting is hard work, in which it is really important not to impose on the listener your acting vision of the original. To work on the audio version of the book, I had to remember all the institute basics of working with diction, it was not easy.

The events of the audiobook begin at the same time as the events of the movie. However, compared to the film version, the book reveals in more detail the romantic relationship between Grom and journalist Yulia Pchelkina, as well as Razumovsky's connections with some characters.
Now on "Yandex Music" you can listen to audio trailer to the book. And on August 23, on the day of the premiere, it will be presented offline at Plus Dacha in Gorky Park. There, fans of Bubble comics will be able to discuss the audiobook with its authors and creators, as well as Tikhon Zhiznevsky and other film adaptation actors.
