Xiaomi launches Watch S1 Pro smartwatch and Buds 4 Pro headphones

The watch received support for third-party mini-applications, and the headphones received a separate mobile application for sound settings.
As part of a large presentation in China, Xiaomi announced a new folding Mix Fold 2 and a range of accessories. Among them are the flagship smart watch Watch S1 Pro and the original Buds 4 Pro headphones.
Xiaomi Watch S1 Pro
This watch, being the heir to the model Watch S1, got a much more solid design that reflects their positioning. Now this is a gadget for those who need not just notifications and activity tracking, but also a stylish accessory with the appearance of a classic chronometer.
The watch received a water-resistant 46 mm stainless steel case and a large 1.47″ round display with sapphire coating. More than 100 dials will be available to the user
On the side there is one button and a mechanical winding wheel that allows rotation to control some interfaces. The standard strap is made of leather.
The heart is a 12nm processor, complemented by a number of advanced sensors for tracking activity during the day, monitoring sleep, measuring heart rate and so on. For sports - over 100 exercise modes, 10 of which are automatically recognized.
For the first time, the manufacturer mentioned the possibility of installing third-party applications developed for the MIUI Watch platform.
A multifunctional NFC chip and a GPS module are also announced. In offline mode, the clock works up to 14 days. A full charge takes 85 minutes.
The starting price of the device will be 1499 yuan (≈13,500 rubles).
Xiaomi Buds 4 Pro
These are top-end in-ear plugs, which will be available not only in classic black, but also in stylish gold with a combination of matte and glossy surfaces. Moisture protection - IP54.
Inside are 11mm dynamic drivers and a range of microphones for active noise cancellation up to 48dB. A separate intelligent system is aimed at detecting and cutting off wind noise, especially when cycling or running.
The headphones support the Hi-Res Audio Wireless standard and the LHDC 4.0 codec with low latency and high-definition sound. It also supports 360º sound and head-based auto-adjustment - yes, like Apple.
In terms of battery life, the manufacturer claims up to 9 hours of operation without a case and up to 38 hours with recharge. All this is made possible thanks to an energy-efficient 12nm chip.
It is also worth noting that it will now be possible to set up the headphones through a separate application, and not through a service with a Chinese voice assistant. It remains to be hoped that this will be a public application without regional restrictions.
The price of Xiaomi Buds 4 Pro at the start will be 999 yuan (≈9,000 rubles).
