Xiaomi launches Mijia Humidifier 2 air humidifier with 4 liter tank and silver ion purification

Xiaomi has introduced an updated version of the Mijia Humidifier 2 humidifier. The novelty retained a 4-liter tank, but received a more convenient filling system: the top compartment is always open, so you don’t have to take out the lid. The water inside is purified by silver ions (they kill up to 99.9% of bacteria), so it does not deteriorate even with continuous use of the device.

Water consumption increased from 260 to 300 ml/h. Because of this, a whole tank is enough for 30 hours of operation instead of 36 for the first generation, but the humidification is more intense. The 360-degree spray system also works for this: the first model could only direct steam forward, while the second spray base can be turned in the right direction.

The last useful change is a transparent strip on the body that allows you to see how much water is left in the tank.

Xiaomi Mijia Humidifier 2 is already on sale in China at a price of 99 yuan (≈900 rubles). The release of the global version has not yet been announced, but the model with the Chinese plug should appear on AliExpress soon.
