Rover Perseverance found "noodles" on Mars

The Perseverance rover has repeatedly sent photos of strange objects found on the Red Planet. Almost always, scientists were able to explain such findings, but the new one baffled them. On the fresh photo it turned out to be something similar to a plexus of threads or part of a winding. The object is already online called "noodles".

The picture was taken on July 12th. It was made with an onboard front left Perseverance camera, which usually serves to prevent collisions and other hazards.

NASA engineers suggest that this "noodle" or "spaghetti" is another piece of one of the previous missions or simply space debris. This is most likely the case, since "there are no Italian restaurants on Mars", added at NASA.

Perseverance is currently exploring the Jezero crater and exploring a potential river delta, a place that is ideal for looking for signs of ancient microbial life.
