How to make iPhone always stay in power saving mode

Power saving mode allows you to maximize the autonomy of your iPhone. There is a price, though: simplifying system animations, pausing photo syncing from iCloud, and limiting screen refresh rates to 60Hz.

If you're comfortable with that, simple automation can make your iPhone stay in this mode all the time. Even when the smartphone is charged up to 80%, or you press the power saving off button, the mode will immediately return back.

How to Set Permanent Power Saving Mode on iPhone

1. Open the standard "Teams" app and go to the "Automation" section.
2. Click "Create an automation for yourself".
3. In the proposed list, select the "Energy Saving" section.
4. On the next screen, check the box next to Turn off and uncheck the box next to Turn on. Click next.
5. Through the search on the bottom panel, find the action "Enable / disable power saving mode." Click next.
6. Turn off the switch next to "Ask before launch" and click "Done".

This will enable automation. The first time you turn on power saving, you must manually enable the system to start working. After that, the mode will no longer turn off.

How to turn off automation

1. Open the Automation section in the Teams app.
2. Tap on automate power saving mode.
3. Move the slider next to "Enable this automation" to an inactive position.

Done: now you can turn off the power saving mode again if necessary - but you will have to turn it on each time yourself.
