Russia lifted restrictions imposed due to the pandemic

Rospotrebnadzor announced on the lifting of all coronavirus restrictions in Russia, including the mask regime, a ban on catering at night and a number of other measures.
Over the past four months, Russia has seen a steady decrease in the intensity of the COVID-19 epidemic process. The weekly incidence rate has decreased by more than 64 times (from a maximum of 907.6 in mid-February to the current 14.06) and is at its lowest since the beginning of the pandemic.

A steady decline in incidence is observed in all age groups. Almost all confirmed cases (93%) are mild (acute respiratory illness) or asymptomatic.

If the situation with COVID-19 worsens, restrictive measures may be resumed, the department added.
Anti-epidemic measures for the timely detection of cases and measures to monitor the epidemic process are maintained.
