Fossil launches Gen 6 Hybrid smartwatch with analog hands and E-ink display

Fossil has launched the Gen 6 Hybrid smartwatch. They combine classic mechanical hands and a small round screen based on electronic ink (E-ink).

The screen can display information about physical activity, sleep quality, pulse and blood oxygen saturation levels - all the necessary sensors are present.

Smartphone notifications, alarms, timers and other basic functions with data duplication on the screen are supported. The watch also has a microphone for communicating with the Alexa voice assistant.

Fossil Gen 6 Hybrid will be offered in two versions - Machine and Stella. The first has a size of 45 mm and will be released in black, smoky, brown and silver.

The second modification, designed primarily for women, is enclosed in a 40.5 mm case and is presented in golden-pink, silver and black colors, including rhinestones.

In terms of autonomy, two weeks of work are announced. The feed is magnetic. Watch cost amounted to 229 or 249 dollars (≈12,300 or 13,400 rubles) depending on the version.
