Huawei has announced the FreeBuds Pro 2 wireless headphones, the successor to a rather successful model FreeBuds Pro. This time the novelty is developed with the famous French audio brand Devialet.
The FreeBuds Pro 2 features dual 11mm drivers and unique planar diaphragm technology for minimal audio distortion. The frequency response range is from 14 Hz to 48 kHz.
Three dynamic optimization algorithms detect changes in volume, differences in ear canal structure, and changes in wearing style in real time.
All this is complemented by support for the flagship LDAC codec and an active noise cancellation (ANC) system with compensation for sounds louder up to 47 dB versus 40 dB for its predecessor.
FreeBuds Pro 2 connect via Bluetooth 5.2 and can pair with two devices at the same time. The case of the headphones has dust and moisture protection IP54. In terms of autonomy, 4 hours with ANC and 6.5 hours without are declared. With the battery in the case, you can count on 18 and 30 hours, respectively.
The headphones will be available in Silver Blue (blue), Silver Frost (silver) and Ceramic White (white) body colors. Price amounted to 199 euros (≈11,200 rubles). Open sales in Europe will begin on July 11.
