MYTH distributes Conscious Happiness and Life Time

In honor of its birthday, the MIF publishing house launched several promotions at once - including the already traditional distribution of electronic and audio books. Here's what you can pick up now:

• Conscious Happiness e-book - The book explains several Buddhist ideas on how to find happiness in everyday life, including through meditation. It will be useful for those who are just starting to get acquainted with Buddhism.
• The Time Busy with Life audiobook is a collection of recordings from the blog of science fiction writer Ursula Le Guin on a wide variety of topics: from writing and accepting old age to choosing a cat and talking about food for breakfast.
