What can a contrast shower be useful for?
Basically, scientific works concern the influence of contrast water therapy (CBT), that is, alternate immersion of a limb or the whole body in a hot and cold liquid. It can be assumed that a shower will provide similar benefits, but the effect will be less due to the exposure time.

In what cases will a contrast shower be useless?
