Yappy social network users post 2.2x more content in March

In March, the average daily active audience (DAU) of the Russian social network Yappy increased by 68% compared to the same period in February.
Yappy is a Russian social network based on UGC, a video stock for creating joint videos with friends and bloggers. The application became available to users on iOS and Android platforms on November 29, 2021. Previously, over 1,500 bloggers participated in the beta testing and launch of Yappy for 7 months. Among them are Anna Khilkevich, Alexei Savko, Alexander Zarubin, Anatoly Tsoi and other celebrities.
Recently, TV presenters Olga Buzova and Ksenia Borodina, singer Glukoza, bloggers Huseyn Gasanov and Kika Kim, rapper Dzhigan and other famous stars, bloggers and media representatives have joined the platform.
The number of published videos has also increased significantly. On average, in March, per day, the authors post 2.2 times more videos on the social network than in February. The total number of videos available to Yappy users has exceeded 500,000 units. These include custom videos, as well as clips from famous shows and series that can be found in the feed, video stock, and custom collections.
Since the beginning of the year, the design of the Yappy application has been updated, navigation and editor for working with video and sound have been improved. In the near future, new advanced features and tools for creating and editing collaborative videos will become available in the Yappy app.
