Roborock T8 Plus - self-cleaning robot vacuum cleaner

Roborock introduced the new T8 Plus robot vacuum cleaner. This is an improved version of the regular T8 released in March.

The novelty has a high suction power of 5100 Pa and received an omnidirectional floating brush made of soft TPU material. It combines long and short bristles for effective dust removal. It works better on carpets and indoors with wool and hair than a standard rubber bristle brush and prevents hair from tangling.

The Roborock T8 Plus is compatible with the Automatic Dust Collector Dock with a 2.5 liter container that needs to be emptied once every 60 days. A special mechanism closes the bag before it is removed from the docking station to prevent dust and debris from spilling.

In addition, T8 Plus supports sonic vibration and mopping with continuous water supply. High-frequency vibration of the washing module (up to 3000 rpm) allows you to effectively remove even old dirt, the user can configure the cleaning mode himself. The lifting mechanism automatically removes the rag when the vacuum cleaner drives over the carpet. The volume of the water tank is 300 ml.

With infrared light, the robot can recognize obstacles and avoid obstacles in the dark. The manufacturer also promises faster map creation by updating the algorithm version.

The vacuum cleaner can be purchased separately (2,799 yuan, or about $419), or with a self-cleaning station in a kit (3,598 yuan, or about $539).
