Apple Watch 6 Free Repair Program Launched

Apple has announced a new worldwide free repair program. This time she touched the Apple Watch Series 6, in which the screen refuses to display any information.

It is noted that the problem affected a small part of the 40 mm Apple Watch Series 6 produced from April to September 2021. On the support page you can enter the watch's serial number and check if it is eligible for the program. If so, you can go to an Apple Authorized Service Center and get a free repair.

This program does not extend the standard Apple warranty and only applies to devices sold within 2 years. It is noted that free repairs may be denied if the watch was purchased in another country or region.

Although Apple announced the suspension of the sale of equipment in Russia, warranty repairs are carried out as usual. Judging by the technical support site, the new program also applies to the Russian region.
