OnePlus Ace unveiled - affordable and powerful smartphone with 150W charging

OnePlus has announced the new Ace smartphone. It received a rather original design, but the filling turned out to be almost identical Realme GT Neo 3.

The smartphone has a case with metal flat edges, a glass back and a massive photo module with triple camera: 50MP Sony IMX766 main sensor (OIS + EIS), 8MP wide-angle (119º) and 2 macro lens Mp.

The screen is 6.7-inch with an AMOLED matrix, a resolution of 2412 × 1080 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Declared 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 color space and support for HDR10 +. In the display hole on top is a 16 MP selfie module.

Responsible for performance is the new 5nm MediaTek Dimensity 8100 Max processor with the Mali-G610 MC6 accelerator. What sets it apart from the Dimensity 8100 is new AI that increases frame rates in games and improves noise reduction for night shots.

The processor is complemented by 8 or 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128, 256 or 512 GB of internal memory in UFS 3.1 format.

The battery has a capacity of 4,500 mAh and supports charging at a class-leading 150 watts. It charges up to 50% in just 5 minutes, and up to 100% in less than 15 minutes.

In terms of communications, a complete set: 5G, Wi-Fi 802.11 a / b / g / n / ac / ax, Bluetooth 5.2 LE, GPS / GLONASS and NFC. Among other things: stereo speakers, linear vibration motor, under-screen fingerprint scanner and Android 12.

In China, OnePlus Ace will be sold at a price of 2,499 yuan (≈31,000 rubles). In other markets, it may come out as the OnePlus 10R.
