Svyaznoy launched a program to buy back and resell used devices

Svyaznoy, in partnership with Smart Bazaar, officially launched the project "Vehicles with mileage”, which involves a full cycle of sales of used devices. Used gadgets will be tested, evaluated, restored and resold.

In a press release, Svyaznoy writes that at the moment there are no analogues of such a model on the Russian market.

The redemption process is structured as follows:

• on the Svyaznoy website, the client can independently conduct a preliminary assessment of his device and find out the price range;
• then, having chosen the nearest store, you need to come with a passport to return the phone and receive money.

An important difference between the buyback model and trade-in is that upon the buyout, a person will receive an electronic check, money on the card here and now, and the purchase of goods in return is not required.

For such gadgets, Svyaznoy, depending on the condition, provides a guarantee of 100 or 180 days and the ability to return the device within 21 days if it is in good condition, the appearance is preserved and salable package.

You can pay for the purchase of such equipment both in cash and on credit or in installments, if we are talking about an expensive product.

The program has been launched throughout Russia. According to the results of March, the first test month of the large-scale work of the buyback service, the results have already exceeded forecasts by 1.6 times.
