The sixth season of the popular series Peaky Blinders will end with a full-length episode: its running time is 81 minutes. This confirmed series director Anthony Byrne in a conversation with RadioTimes.
He noted that this episode is significantly different from the rest of the season - and from everything that happened in the series before. Byrne added, "It's very epic in scope and more like a movie—it's kind of our tryout for a feature film."
The feature film he's talking about - confirmed formerly a feature film set during World War II. She will talk about the previously unknown role that the Peaky Blinders gang played in these events.
Tommy Shelby and his brother Arthur will also appear in this film, Tommy will return to the role Cillian Murphy. So far, the project is at the stage of writing the script - this is being done by the creator of the series, Stephen Knight.
