The same Huawei P50, but with one important difference.
Huawei has announced a new model of the flagship P50 line - a more budgetary P50E, which differs from the older versions in the processor. In recent years, brands have often practiced this: Xiaomi calls them X versions, and in the Samsung Galaxy S series, they get the prefix FE or Lite.
Huawei P50E is identical in terms of specifications base model, but received a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778 midrange processor instead of Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 4G.
Otherwise, it's still the same smartphone with a 6.5-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2,700 × 1,224 pixels and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. The main camera is configured by Leica and consists of three modules: a 50 MP main camera, a 12 MP telephoto camera with optical stabilization and a 13 MP wide-angle module. The 4100mAh battery supports wired charging up to 66W.
The smartphone will be available in four colors: black, white, gold and blue. The latter has a new oleophobic coating that does not collect fingerprints. Sales in China will start on March 24, pre-orders are already open. The cost is already known:
- 8/128 GB - 4,088 yuan (≈644 dollars).
- 8/256 GB - 4,488 yuan (≈$706).
