How to install iOS 7 on the iPhone without a developer account in Windows and Mac OSX

Internet is full mixed reviews about the new iOS 7 beta 1. Discarding all the garbage, adoration and hatred, it is better to lay down their own opinion. Here is a short guide how to do it.
Download the firmware for your specific device. Direct links are available links on iOS 7 beta 1 firmware (do it in Chrome and then remove ipsw-file from the DMG image):

Connect the iPhone to your computer and iTunes to iPhone Management section click on the Check for Updates button while holding down the Option key (in OSX) or the Shift (in Windows). If you have not installed the update of iOS 6, the button will simply be called Update.
Next, specify the path to the ipsw file and start the installation of the new firmware.
Then everything will happen by itself, and you will have a new iOS 7.
