Hey! Oksana Zapevalova, editor-in-chief of Lifehacker, is in touch. Today is a pleasant day. On February 11, 2007, the best edition in the world (according to me) appeared. Look, this is his first post - "Go!».
Alexey Ponomar
Lifehacker Publisher.
15 years. Wow.
In 2007, Lifehacker was a small technology blog. Now it is a media that publishes hundreds of articles per month on a variety of topics and has an audience of 25 million users. I joined the project in 2014. Then we had a small distributed team with an office in Ulyanovsk, a city on the Volga. Eight years later, we are still based here, but we have also opened an office in Moscow and have significantly expanded the geography of our employees, from Italy to Vladivostok.
And today is the best day to say thank you. Thanks to every person who has ever had a hand in Lifehacker: writing, editing, designing, coded, tested, filmed videos, led social networks, steered processes or made sure that the office did not end coffee. Thanks to the old guys - some have been working in the team for 6-11 years! Thank you newbies: you are a source of fresh ideas and energy. The Lifehacker team is love.
Thanks to those who read us. Every day we work so that you can find the answer to your question, learn something new, or just pass the time with an interesting text. We are happy to chat with you in the comments (sometimes argue!) and appreciate your opinion. If you like us - write, we will be pleased. And you can also win a useful book in our Instagram - it's a holiday!
