I like to take pictures using the iPhone, but more often have to make screenshots of the application. Apple offers several ways to transfer images from the iPhone on Mac. Alas, too much manual labor - in most cases required either to connect iPhone to your computer, or run iPhoto.
However, there is a simpler, something even more convenient.
The main thing that I want to achieve - to photos automatically appeared on the Mac. I take a screenshot - image is already in the computer. To do this, first of all include photostream on all devices that use it. The iPhone and iPad to do this, go to the section "Photos" in the system settings. On the Mac - System Settings - iCloud - Photostream.
Now, in the Finder menu bar, choose Go - Go to the folder:
~ / Library / Application Support / iLifeAssetManagement / assets / sub /
The sub folder to see your photos. The search string (upper right corner) type "and".
In the drop-down list, click on the "Type: image".
Please note that the search should not be carried out around the computer ( "This MacĀ»), and within a specific folder
sub
. Now we have to do two things - to press "Save" button and add the saved search in the Finder sidebar.
So you'll have quick access to your photos and screenshots made on iPhone and iPad. I like this solution because it does not need to launch the iPhoto, to copy the image for editing in Pixelmator.
