Omni extension for Chrome will increase productivity and save time on routine activities

The browser has long ceased to be just a tool for surfing the Internet. Now almost all the work is done in it, and it takes a lot of time to switch between tabs, services and chats. The Omni extension is designed to simplify interaction and make it more productive.
In its principle, it is similar to Spotlight in macOS. The plugin allows you to search for tabs, find sites in your bookmarks and history, as well as manage your browser and use shortcuts to perform actions on popular services. There are more than 50 such teams in total, and they promise to replenish the list.
Omni is activated by pressing Cmd + K (Ctrl + K) or by clicking on the icon on the toolbar. If desired, the shortcut for launching the extension can be easily changed to this page. Immediately below the currently empty search field, a list of open tabs is displayed, and below are the available commands.
As with any search engine, as you type, the content will change to help you find what you're looking for faster.
The available functions can be divided into three groups. The first is all kinds of interaction with pages, that is, searching through open tabs, bookmarks and history. The second is browser control, where you can turn off the sound, go to full screen mode, open settings, clear cache and much more.
The most interesting is the third group, which contains actions with the functions of popular sites and services. For example, in one click you can create a Notion page, a Google spreadsheet, a PowerPoint presentation, a tweet, a Spotify playlist, and many other useful things that you often need to do during the day.
After entering a command, you can use the arrow buttons, mouse cursor, or hotkeys that Omni highlights for each action to navigate. All results run on the current page, so if you don't want to lose its content, it's best to open the extension in a new tab.
Omni is distributed free of charge. At the moment, it is only available for Google Chrome, but in the future, developers are considering releasing it on other platforms.
