Now it is much more convenient and modern.
Xiaomi updates Mi Fit companion app that allows you to connect fitness bracelets to your smartphone Mi Band and some branded watches. In the latest version 5.6.0, developers have changed the design of the home screen for the first time in a long time.

The app used to have three tabs at the bottom, namely Workout, Friends, and Profile, with the Workout tab also serving as the home page. However, with the update, there is a dedicated Home tab that makes it easier to quickly access the most important data.
The home screen itself is now much more modern and visually appealing than the previous version of Mi Fit. By default, the "Home" page displays six cards: steps, sleep, heart rate, PAI, weight analysis and training history.
The order, as well as the set of these cards, can be changed. For example, you can display statistics on stress, blood oxygen, calories, women's health, and more on the main page.
The Walking, Running and Cycling sections have been moved to the Workout tab - don't lose them. Previously, they were part of the home screen and displayed at the top.
