Poll: How do you feel about online wine sales?

This spring should be the start experiment for the online sale of domestic wine in Russia. Drinks can be ordered on a specialized website with delivery in Moscow, Moscow region, St. Petersburg, Leningrad and Nizhny Novgorod regions.

In anticipation of the launch of this project, Platforma analysts (a joint venture between VTB and Rostelecom) analyzed the interests of wine lovers and drew up a portrait of the consumer.

The results of the study showed that in Russia girls aged 30 to 50 are actively interested in wine (more than 60% of the entire audience). At the same time, every third, in addition to the usual interests in clothing, cosmetics and social networks, is fond of video games.

The Ministry of Health and Rospotrebnadzor have long opposed online sales of alcohol on the Internet, but the Ministry of Finance believes that this experiment and the relevant bill will help support Russian winemaking and change the balance in favor of domestic products by market.
