The Ministry of Health of Russia has prepared memo for citizens with asymptomatic or mild form of coronavirus infection and SARS. Here are its main points.

If you have been vaccinated/revaccinated or have been ill for less than 6 months

• If you are positive for SARS-CoV-2 and have no symptoms, no treatment is required, but self-isolation is recommended and you may receive a disability certificate.
• If you have symptoms of SARS, but without the result of PCR diagnostics, you must stay at home and, if possible, isolate yourself in a separate room, avoiding close contact with household members.
• Among other recommendations in the presence of alarming symptoms: airing the room, regular drinking, control temperature and saturation, treatment of a runny nose and sore throat with local remedies, taking antipyretics with need.
• If the temperature rises to 38 degrees for more than two days, you need to call the call center of your clinic or the unified service "122".
• If shortness of breath, a feeling of lack of air, pain behind the sternum, rapid breathing and a drop in the saturation level of less than 94-95% appear, you must call the unified service "103" to call an ambulance.

If you are at risk

• For those who are at risk or have some kind of chronic disease, the recommendations are the same, but the need to continue taking medications prescribed on a regular basis is also indicated.
• If symptoms of acute respiratory viral infections appear, you need to call the call center of your clinic or the single service "122" for a remote consultation with a medical professional.
• If shortness of breath occurs and the temperature rises to 38 degrees, you must call the number "103" to call an ambulance.

If you are not vaccinated and have not been ill

• If you have any symptoms of SARS or a positive smear for SARS-CoV-2, you must stay at home and call the single service "122" or the call center of the clinic for remote consultation.
• In case of deterioration of the condition, it is necessary to call an ambulance at the number "103".

If a child is sick

• When a child becomes ill, it is important to leave him at home, not to send him to a kindergarten or school, and not to self-medicate.
• For a remote consultation with a medical worker, you need to call the unified service "122" or the call center of the clinic. If the condition worsens, call an ambulance at the number "103".
