Miscellaneous / / January 19, 2022
In Great Britain launched pilot project of a four-day working week, in which at least 30 companies participate. As part of a six-month program, they will allow employees to work 32 hours a week, leaving their salaries and benefits unchanged.
Some companies may suggest that employees spread the 32 hours over five days so that they can simply leave home earlier.
This project is supported by 4 Day Week Global, which promotes the four-day work week around the world. According to their research, in this mode, not only the productivity of workers increases, but also their well-being.
Similar programs will soon be launched in the US, Ireland, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
