PowerBeats Pro found to have serious charging problems

According to plaintiff Alejandro Vivara, the headphones lose contact with the charging case. As a result, one of Power Beats Pro stops receiving power or is not charging properly.
The reason is the imperfection of the design of the PowerBeats Pro: an unsuccessful shape of the case and headphones, an insufficiently strong gasket adjacent to the auricle. To charge PowerBeats Pro, owners put foreign objects in the case to put pressure on the headphones, making the connection of the contact with the charging connectors more reliable. To do such tricks with a gadget that costs 18,990 rubles in Russia is somehow out of hand.
Vivara is seeking compensation for Apple misrepresenting battery life and releasing PowerBeats Pro without fixing charging issues. He invites other users from different US states to join the lawsuit so that it receives the status of a class action.
