Steel body model with Gateron G Pro switches.
Keychron, known for their mechanical keyboards that work with both Windows and macOS, announced a new model called Q2 - a smaller version of last year's Q1 with more features customization.
This model uses a reduced layout of 65% (instead of 75% for Q1) - that is, it lacks a number pad and function keys. It connects to a computer via USB-C and does not support wireless operation. There are three types of Gateron G Pro switches to choose from: red, blue and brown, which differ in tactile response.
Like the Q1, this model has a switch on the back to quickly switch between Windows and Mac layouts. The manufacturer offers an option with a standard set of keys, as well as a version with a knob that can be programmed to adjust the volume level or use in applications (Knob version).
The version without keycaps and switches costs from $159, and the fully assembled version starts at $179 (≈11,900 and 13,300 rubles, respectively), but now on
official website There is a $10 discount on all assemblies. It is reported that the novelty will be available soon, but the exact date is not specified.Read also🧐
