The device is a cross between the Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21 +, with slight differences in cameras.
On January 4, Samsung officially announced the new Galaxy S21 FE 5G smartphone, which will continue the Fan Edition series. As well first model in the line, this novelty is distinguished by a number of flagship features and a relatively low price tag.
The device received a case made of matte plastic with an aluminum frame in the same design as that of Galaxy S21. Full protection against moisture according to the IP68 standard is provided. The screen is 6.4 ″ with a Dynamic AMOLED matrix, FHD + resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate and 240 Hz sensor layer sampling. Protects his glass Corning Gorilla Glass Victus.
Under the hood, the Galaxy S21 FE 5G has an 8-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 888, which is complemented by 6 or 8 GB of RAM and 128 or 256 GB of storage. A 4,500 mAh battery is responsible for autonomy, supporting wired charging at 25 W (50% in 30 minutes) and wireless charging at 15 W. There is also a reversible Qi-make-up. There is no charger included.
The main camera includes 12 MP (Dual Pixel AF, OIS), 12 MP (123˚) and 8 MP (PDAF, OIS) sensors. The latter provides 3x optical zoom and 30x digital (Space zoom). For selfies, a 32 megapixel module is provided in the hole of the screen.
These include: Dolby Atmos stereo speakers, in-display fingerprint reader, 5G SA / NSA support, Wi-Fi 6 802.11ax (2.4 / 5 GHz), Bluetooth 5.1, GPS + GLONASS and NFC.
In Russia Galaxy S21 FE already appeared on sale on the official website at a price of 59,990 rubles for the 6/128 GB version. The first customers are offered a temporary discount of 5,000 rubles.
