With it, you can find out if someone is trying to follow you.
Apple publishes Tracker Detect app on Google Play that will allow Android users to detect trackers AirTaglocated nearby.
The application is designed to interfere with surveillance. Tracker Detect in scan mode only searches for beacons that are compatible with the Find My function and are too far from the smartphone to which they are tethered. That is, the application will not show the AirTag that a user carries in his bag or wallet.
When detecting foreign tags, which in theory can be used for tracking, Tracker Detect will tell you how to find them, enable them to turn on a sound signal and identify the owner.
If the iPhone has a similar functionality built into the system, users will automatically receive a notification about detection of other people's beacons, then the Android application does not have a background search, so you need to enable scanning manually.
