The basic version is cheaper than the iPhone SE (2020).
Motorola has announced its new flagship, the Moto Edge X30, which delivers top-of-the-line specs at an affordable price.
The "heart" of the smartphone has become the latest processor Snapdragon 8 Gen 1presented earlier this month. It is complemented by 8 or 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, depending on the modification, the capacity of the UFS 3.1 drive is 128 or 256 GB.
It received a 6.7-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2400 × 1080 pixels, a refresh rate of 144 Hz and support for HDR10 +. Surprisingly, it is not Gorilla Glass Victus that protects it from shocks, but the outdated Corning Gorilla Glass 5, introduced back in 2016. The fingerprint scanner is not built under the screen, but in the power button.
The main camera consists of three modules: a 50 megapixel main camera, a 50 megapixel ultra wide-angle camera with macro capability and a 2 megapixel depth sensor. At the front is a 60MP front-facing camera tucked away in a circular opening in the display. An additional version of the Special Edition smartphone will also be available, in which the selfie camera is hidden under the screen.
The battery capacity is 5,000 mAh, there is support for fast charging of 68 W, thanks to which you can replenish the charge from 0 to 50% in just 13 minutes.
The novelty supports the Ready For PC mode - synchronization with a computer, which allows you to display images from smartphone to a large monitor, control the PC from the smartphone, transfer files and use the smartphone as webcams.
Prices have already been announced:
- 8 + 128 GB - 3,199 yuan (≈36,900 rubles)
- 8 + 256 GB - 3 399 yuan (≈39 200 rubles)
- 12 + 256 GB - 3,599 yuan (≈41,500 rubles)
