A few rules for the peaceful resolution of conflicts

Very often conflicts flare up not because of the different attitudes to the subject of the dispute, but because of how people behave in the dispute. Therefore it is better to set the rules that you can not violate anyone before proceeding to resolve the conflict.
Establish the rules before the debate:

• Says only one. Everyone has their time statements. If the other party notice something, to which he wants to argue, he should write the idea and wait for your turn, and do not interrupt the speaker.

• Should discuss only one problem at a time.
