You probably already had update to the new OS X and use its benefits. And we continue to talk about the possibilities OS X El Capitan. Today we will focus on expansion of the "Photo".
In OS X El Capitan Apple has added the ability to edit images in the "Photo" with the help of third-party application functionality. It is running the whole thing through extensions that are familiar to us for iOS 8 and OS X Yosemite.
Turns on this convenient thing in the "Extensions" system settings. But before you go to the settings, you need to install at least a couple of applications that have been updated, and support integration with the "Photography". At the moment, there are not many, but I know of at least three: Affinity functional photo editor, tool for Tonality photo bleaching and small photoappendices BeFunky Express, migrated to the Mac App Store from the store extensions for Chrome.
After turning on the extension can work with it in the "Photo". Open a picture in the playback mode, press the "Edit" button and a list of embedded processing tools see the button "Advanced".
After selecting one of the available extensions interface "Photo" will change by opening all the tools of the application. In the case of Tonality we can apply any filter and customize the image in the same way as in the application itself.
Due to the expansion, there is no need to run separate applications, import and restore of photos. All this is very great time saver. In addition, you can always undo your changes and return to the original.
