Now the correspondence on different platforms will be more convenient.
The updated version of the standard "Messages" application on Android has learned to correctly display reactions from the "Messages" iOS. Previously, users of the Google messenger received something like "the user liked your message", now instead, an emoji will appear in the corner of the "bubble" with the text, corresponding to the one put by the interlocutor with iOS.

This eliminates unnecessary reporting of reactions that clog up the correspondence and creates the illusion of seamless communication. In addition, if the user on iOS changes the reaction, the emoji will also change in the Android messenger without additional messages.
Reactions will only be available on devices with RCS (Rich Communication Services) support. In Russia, RCS communication is still available only for some Samsung smartphones operating in MTS networks, but in the future, subscribers of other operators should also have it. At the same time, you can also communicate via SMS / MMS: in this mode, reactions will still pass through RCS and be displayed correctly.
